Refund Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Oriventax offers a 30-day refund request period for eligible digital purchases. This means you may submit a refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the digital materials have not been downloaded, opened, used, or otherwise utilized.

Because our guides, courses, and other educational materials are supplied digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once use of the purchased digital content has begun. This may include circumstances where a download link has been used, a digital file has been downloaded or opened, or the purchased materials have otherwise been delivered and used by the customer.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable U.S. federal or state law or under the circumstances described in this Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, the digital materials must remain unused from the time of purchase. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase, including your order number, transaction information, and the email address used when placing the order.

Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and provide the relevant order information.

Because our materials are supplied digitally, there is no physical item to return, and we do not accept packages or parcels in connection with refund requests.

To review your request, we may ask you to provide additional information, including:

the order ID or order number;
the email address used for the purchase;
confirmation that the digital materials have not been downloaded or used;
relevant transaction information;
a description of the issue, where applicable;
basic device, browser, download, or file information if you are reporting a technical problem.
We may also review available order, download, delivery, and transaction records where such information is recorded by our website or service providers.
If your request meets the eligibility requirements described in this Refund Policy, we will notify you and begin the applicable refund process.
Where technically possible and appropriate, availability of refunded digital materials may be disabled or withdrawn following approval of the refund.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund through the payment method or payment provider associated with the original transaction.

Payments on our website are processed by an independent third-party payment provider available during checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details and do not independently process card refunds outside the applicable payment provider's payment infrastructure.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days.

After a refund has been initiated, additional processing time may be required before the amount appears in your account. The exact timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment method, and the payment provider that processed the original transaction.

Damages and Access Issues

Please review or download your purchased digital materials within a reasonable period after receiving the applicable delivery instructions or download link.

If you experience a technical or content-delivery issue, such as:

an inaccessible download link;
a corrupted or unreadable file;
an incomplete file;
incorrect digital materials;
a file that cannot be downloaded as intended; or
another technical issue preventing reasonable use of the purchased materials,
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
In most cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:
reissuing the download link;
providing the correct file;
replacing a damaged or corrupted file;
supplying an updated copy of the material;
providing another available file format where appropriate; or
providing reasonable technical assistance related to delivery of the file.
If a material technical or delivery issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider a refund where appropriate or where required by applicable federal or state law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Digital Items

Because of the nature of digital content, refunds generally cannot be provided for digital materials once use has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Non-refundable digital items may include:

downloadable digital materials that have already been downloaded;
digital materials that have already been opened or used;
guides, courses, documents, or other digital files that have already been used;
personalized or custom digital materials after they have been prepared and delivered;
digital content that has already been delivered and used;
subscription-based digital services after activation of the applicable subscription period, where such services are offered.
A purchase will not normally qualify for a refund solely because the customer changes their mind after downloading, opening, or using the digital materials.
If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact us before downloading or using the files.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, waive, or restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable U.S. federal or state law.

Exchanges

Because the materials offered through Oriventax are digital, traditional exchanges are generally not available.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong digital material, please contact us before downloading or using it.

Where the purchase remains eligible under this Refund Policy, you may request a refund for the incorrect purchase and place a separate order for the digital material you intended to purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise technically defective file, we will generally attempt to correct or replace the affected material rather than process it as an exchange.

United States Consumer Rights

Consumer refund and cancellation rights in the United States may vary depending on the circumstances of the transaction and the state in which the customer resides.

The 30-day refund request period described in this policy is provided by Oriventax for eligible digital purchases and is subject to the eligibility requirements stated above.

This policy does not replace, limit, or waive any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under U.S. federal, state, or local law.

Certain states may provide additional rights or remedies relating to:

materially defective or unusable digital materials;
goods or services that are materially different from their description;
unauthorized transactions;
deceptive or unfair business practices;
failure to provide purchased materials as represented;
refund-policy disclosure requirements; or
other circumstances protected by applicable consumer law.
Where applicable law provides rights that are more favorable to you than the terms of this Refund Policy, those mandatory legal rights will apply.
Refund eligibility for a simple change of mind may be determined by this Refund Policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable U.S. consumer protection law.

Refund Confirmation

We will notify you after reviewing your refund request and inform you whether it has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Because the original transaction is processed by a third-party payment provider, the refund may also be processed through that same provider.

We cannot normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or payment method unless the applicable payment provider permits such a change and applicable law allows it.

Once we initiate an approved refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the funds.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was initiated and you have not received the funds, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

You may also contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and relevant transaction information so that we can review the status available to us.
